Came in for brunch. We were one of the only 2 parties at the time (9 AM, Friday morning) and after being immediately seated we ordered and had our food in under 5 minutes. I had the small phở đặc biệt (house special noodles, comes with everything) and ordered it without veggies. The broth was delicious and the meats were quite tender. 10/10 rating from me. This is what I'd call a mom and pop shop. It ain't some bougie establishment but it serves good food and the service was, at least for me, spectacular. Function over form is the vibe I get from this place and so far as I can tell it functions very well indeed.

Classic Vietnamese style restaurant. Don't expect everything to be cute. Potions are solid. I got the Bo Bun Hue(spicy beef soup) my wife got the pork chop plate. Was really good, will be back.
